Lets talk about you and your goals for what you hope to get from a life coach. I will only work with clients who are a good match and are ready to make a commitment for change in their lives. I want the best use of our time, so lets see if life coaching with me is a good match.

(One-time, free coaching call. Booking the first session will require payment prior to the full call)

30 minutes life coaching call ($45.00)

Lets get it GROWING and discuss the strategies you can start today that will elevate your life and give you a map to where you want to be. This is a more abbreviated session for those that do not have time for the full hour. The full hour is suggested and is more cost-effective- but this is available for those with a lifestyle where 60 minutes is difficult to work in.

Private Coach/ Client call via zoom. $45/ 30 minutes

60 Minute life coaching call ($75.00)

Here is where we can really dive deep into what areas of your life you want to change and what steps you can take in the course of the next few days to get on that path. If this is your first session, we will get acquainted and see where you are coming from so I have a sense (and so will you) of who you are, where you are, and where you are going. This is essential so you can find yourself on the roadmap of life and determine where it is that you want to end up. If this is a follow up session, we will discuss how far you made it from the last session, where you are on the map, and what next turns you need to make on your journey to get to your destination.

Private client/ coach call via zoom. $75/ 60 minutes
